Latest review:Extensions-Would highly recomend Tony and his team, clearly know what they are doing and have done and seen it all before! We had a rear and side extension, Tony kept us well informed throughout the job what the next stages will be etc, was always on hand during all stages every day, even weekends when needed, nothing slowed the job down and we were done in great time! Nothing was not possible, even down to me being fussy with a wall, its beyond my expectations! Thank you and your team Tony 😊

Latest review:Extensions-KBL recently completed a side infill extension for us that involved a lot of complex hurdles (e.g., requiring special foundations because of a Thames Water waste pipe and steel beams). In hindsight, we were very lucky to have hired them because they made the whole experience stress-free by explaining everything to us and handling our neighbours, contractors, structural engineer and building control for us. The amount of digging in confined spaces and hard, physical labour they put into this job is amazing. The extension looks great, is solid, warm and watertight. The wetroom they built inside it hasn't had any problems - plumbing is working great. Their plastering quality is excellent. We had to live in the property during the 4 months of construction but we felt relaxed and 100% trusted KBL to respect and care for the house. They have a lot of experience, know the building regulations, use quality materials and methods, they answered all of our questions with patience and always responded to my phone calls + texts quickly. They're so good that we'll give them an additional job to do which we originally planned for in spring 2024. Everyone we know wants KBL's contact details and we definitely want to ask them back for future work.

Latest review:Extensions-SSS BROTHER, They worked incredibly hard to transform our house in a timely and efficient manner, all whilst being responsive to our concerns and preferences. The SSS BROTHER did a great job extending our kitchen and backroom to create a beautiful space that we love hosting family and friends in. The job was completed to a high standard and with good communication. Throughout the work, the workers were calm and knowledgeable and - importantly for us - helpful and offered their opinion of how the extension should be built.

The works took 3 weeks and Mali ensured the works were carried out with high expertise. Such a smooth and great service and worthy every penny. The project was completed to a great standard and we are very happy with our new space and would absolutely recommend Mali Construction to anyone looking to complete work. If you are looking for a contractor with great communication, great workmanship and priced correctly, I would definitely use Mali Construction Ltd. Mali would provide regular updates, discussions and even worked with my many changes to the plans during the process with no issues. No matter time or day, they were always on hand to respond to any questions. They were also quick to point out unnecessary extras that ended up saving us money.
I recently had the pleasure of accepting Jagdeep on a substantial renovation project. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive as there were no existing reviews to gauge his work. However, after seeing some of his previous projects, I decided to take a leap of faith - and it turned out to be the best decision I've ever made. Jagdeep's approach to our project, which started merely as a rear extension and shower room, was nothing short of exceptional. His remarkable craftsmanship and attention to detail soon convinced me and my wife to extend the scope to a full renovation. Throughout the process, Jagdeep and his team displayed an extraordinary level of skill, professionalism, hard work as well as trust (very rare these days). No task was too challenging, and his willingness to prioritise our needs and provide thoughtful advice was truly comforting. It's rare to find a builder with such dedication and expertise.
