Latest review:Extensions-We hired Phil and his team after receiving a few different quotes. We were swayed by the qualifications and previous jobs/reviews about Activate Construction. We are so impressed with the work that Phil and his team undertook for us-a first storey extension above an existing ground floor extension. Our original plans had been drawn up, however Phil’s expertise in the area led him to suggest another configuration which enabled us to add an extra bedroom as well as relocating our bathroom upstairs. We did hit a few snags and issues, however, all these were dealt with and sorted by Phil and his team quickly and efficiently. All the workers involved were professional, polite, hard working and very knowledgeable. We also asked Phil to create a decking area in our garden after our extension had been finished. We would highly recommend Phil and Activate Construction for any building work and would use them again in the future!

Latest review:Extensions-The contracking company wreaked my drive by putting all the bricks & rubble onto the drive using only a thin piece of material, they then got a lorry with a grabber to get rubbish off drive with scratched all the block paving and ruined it , he said he would replace it for us but unfortunately he didn't put back like for like & put blocks that were 10ml thiner than the ones that were taken up , he didn't wack them in properly around the edges & when we put our car on the drive for one night they cracked , I told him I wanted like for like & he said no they are fine & if we weren't happy take him to court , also he then took the chippie off site & left us without a kitchen, we have been without a kitchen for 10 weeks because he was so behind schedule as he should have finished on 29th April, he also hasn't put my back garden back to how it was before he came , he doesn't communicate & we were left days not knowing if anyone was coming most weeks they only worked 3 to 4 days & for two weeks only 1 day each week , I thought that the builders on your site would have been ok but how wrong was I & i will definitely not be recommending that anyone uses them

Very pleased with the work completed. Aaron and his apprentice Gareth arrived on time and were very pleasant and respectful throughout the whole process. Aaron allowed us time to talk things through when needed which was very helpful. They both worked quietly, efficiently and their work was very neat. Aaron was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions asked. The price was competitively priced and well worth the money. Would definitely recommend.

Latest review:Groundwork & Foundations-Turned up as arranged always, totally professional and friendly. Gave a reasonable quote, turned up and worked hard for full days and completed the work in a few days as estimated. Quality, care and workmanship is really great and he cleaned up well after every day. Highly recommended and will definitely be a repeat customer. Restored my confidence in having work done…. Thrilled with the finished job. (Certainly NOT my usual experience - I’m used to waiting about for people that don’t show up or appear 3 hours later than arranged, then only to take 3 months to do a 4 day job as always turning up to work in snatched hours here and there. By the time they finish the job you are just glad they are gone no matter how good a job they did. If this is your usual expectation when having work done…. Then you need to book Creative Landscaping and Building and have a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT experience.) If had known what to expect from Adam then I would have had my work done sooner!
Mark knew his stuff! He explained everything to me as the job proceeded. He provided quotes for every part of the process and stuck to this. He and his team just got on with job and left the area tidy afterwards. I felt I could trust him. I have used him for further jobs and will continue to do so.
