Friendly guy, respectable businessman, honest worker Few hiccups along the way beyond his control but swiftly rectified ensuring we were satisfied customers throughout. Kept is uptodate with everything. More than anything the final finish was fabulous. Will keep contact details for any future builders work needing to be carried out Would recommend to others. No job too big, no job too small.
Turned up to quote and agreed price, however the job was delayed due to their personal situaion with I respected and was patient. After being promised to do the job this weekend (with no arrival time sorted) they simply stopped replying to me and cut me off when I tried calling. If you can't do the job, say so and cancel. Don't skirt around making empty promises. I've been without a working bathroom for over a week and now I have to find someone else to do it. Very inconvenient. The main issue here is the lack of comminucation, not the delay.
