Kevin has restored my faith in builders. Unlike so many he was quick to respond to my enquiry; actually came back with a sensible price within a day or so as promised and once accepted kept in touch prior to commencement of the job. The project was a 42 sq.m extension in Sennen Cove with a vaulted ceiling lounge, mezzanine, bathroom and kitchen plus exterior cobbled courtyard with steps to upper garden. Not a simple design by any means. Kevin arrived on time and on the starting day advised and proceeded to commence work without drama, short intakes of breath or head-shaking. Arrived daily and on time and worked diligently over the 10 weeks of the project even cleaning up at the end of each day. He is well experienced so when any difficulties arose he was quick to find a solution. Job was completed in budget and on time. As for the quality of work I am something of a perfectionist but I was unable to find any fault in any aspect of the project; he is a past master of plastering . . . walls and ceilings like glass! Highly recommended without hesitation and a thoroughly nice guy too.
