Steve done a partial job of requested work. Outside lights were just fine. Wanted a switch installed to remove cables and also new socket located. Light switch was not done as wanted, he just bunged up a switch, leaving the trailing cables. Total waste of time that was - the socket, on opening to put it right, had a bare wire inside. Wanted the trunking under existing pipes, which he said he would come back to do along with the light switch. Steve said delay in coming back out as couldn't get hold of any more trunking - its readily available in b&q, etc. I asked for a partial refund, as we had to get someone else out to rectify, he ignored all messages - took his money and never responded since. Also quoted a figure, then added on more at the end for material's - which were included in the quote. Sadly nothing in writing, please avoid this 'electrician'

James did exactly what we wanted and was quick with the quote and completling the job. We had an issue with some of the led’s flashing on a dimmer and he came and replaced them all free of charge. He also only did work if it required it, so we didn’t need to rewire the whole property as he tested it all for us. We would definitely use him again.
