Simon has done a brilliant job redoing my decking. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. When he came round to quote he brought lots of samples of various types of decking board, which was a fantastic way to help me visualise how the area could look. He had some great ideas and seemed to genuinely care about doing the job well. I opted for a composite decking board and it looks fantastic! I couldn't be happier. The area has been completely transformed. Simon is a perfectionist and had a solution for all the little 'surprises' that popped up during the job. The work was completed in really good time and the area was left spotless upon completion. I definitely recommend Smith Property and hope to use them again in future.

Carl and his guys did a good job. They arrived when they said they would, kept the site clean and finished up leaving things looking good. Dug a big trench for services across my lawn and all in all happy with the job. communications were good too. I would recommend Carl and his team for groundworks
