Latest review:Conversions - General-At first I was a bit wary, because the price he quoted was VERY competitive, I'm genuinely surprised and happy with the work he and his lads have done. Very professional Very efficient (two days from posting on my builder, work began, two days later, the job was completed.) They respected my property, and done a really good job. Would happily have them back to do all of my future building work. Thank you.
Gary is a very nice and polite person. He did the job as per it was told to him . The finishing of his job was excellent. Will definitely recommend.

Lowest quote we got and completed everything we wanted, neat and tidy. Would highly recommend and will use again for more work needed!

The project ended up being more complicated than originally thought due to supports in the wall, but the team at S J Thomas was able to handle the challenge with ease and complete the job to a professional standard. They also made sure to follow all necessary building control regulations. Throughout the project, Sean was a pleasure to work with. He was always friendly and approachable, and made sure to keep me informed about the progress of the job. In addition to their technical skills, the team at S J Thomas is also very reliable and trustworthy. Sean is a man of his word and always made sure to follow through on his commitments. He is good at what he does, but he has a bit of a temper and is quite impatient. It was a long day as he had no help and he wanted to end the job without finishing the window from the inside. When I insisted that he should, his temper flared. So I mentioned reviews and wether he would accept the same thing happening to him in his own home, he eventually got the silicone gun out and the filler and filled the holes and big gaps he was going to leave on the inside of the window. Not a great finish, but we can take it from there.

Justin attended and carried out the work in a quick/efficient manner and helped to explain aspects of the job that made it easier to understand. He also offered to clarify any further points raised by builders. Would recommend Justin for those carrying out similar work.
