When it came to do the job itself, Jon and his team were quick and effective, not only repointing the wall joint in question, but also carrying out some minor repairs to the interior wall and a section of guttering as well, at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend considering Jon for building services.

Latest review:Conservatories-Steve and his team are friendly and hardworking when they are here. Build took much longer than the time originally given. Some time was lost due to awful weather but not all of it and I do feel that I was forgotten about on several occasions leading me to have to chase Steve and pin him down. I understand that Steve did have some staff shortages at this point too. An error was made ( not poor workmanship but crossed wires from the initial discussion of my requirements ) and this caused a further delay. As a customer, I would have liked Steve at the end of the build to visit me and discuss if I was completely happy with the result. Image Improvements gave a very competitive price which is one of the reasons I chose them, also Steve seems very genuine plus he is so handsome-can I say that? I am very happy with my warm roof conservatory, it has transformed my small home into a much nicer place to live. Although Steve is not good at replying to messages in a timely manner, his team's workmanship is 1st class which is the end result that all customers want. Would I use Image Improvements again- MOST DEFINITELY.
