John was clear with his messages, took his time to come around and get the measurements and advised on how much material to buy. He was timely, transparent and provided a high level of service. His quote was not the lowest I had amongst others (not high either) but given my past experience, I prefer working with people who come across professional and trustworthy, that is the impression John left both before and after the job. I would recommend him to any future potential hirer.

He is both professional and friendly and takes pride in his work making sure the customer is fully satisfied. Harry did a fantastic job sorting out the creaks on our stairs and refitted the carpets back perfectly without any damage. He also did a great job on the floors in both rooms and his work is of the highest standard and also reasonably priced! Will definitely be going back to him for any future flooring work..thank you!
