Latest review:Tiling-Steve from SGC tiling did an excellent job for us of replacing our wooden floors downstairs and tiling the area (66m2). He didnt just do the tiling but removed and disposed of the floor and removed/replaced skirting for an excellent finish. His quote was very competitive and he was a very professional tiler. Offering advice and gudiance around sourcing tiles, type and how they needed to be laid for maximum impact. He was there every day when he said and left the job clean and tidy. We are so pleased with the finished product and I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him if you are looking for a tiler.

Latest review:Hard Flooring-Absolutely incredible! LVT Glue Down Flooring. I booked the job with Jay knowing he didn’t have any reviews on My Builder which made me anxious. When I checked out it turns out he was the main installer for another company previously. His portfolio is amazing. Today he has finished the job and the workmanship is absolutely first class. I’m chuffed to bits. This is a total replacement floor following a previous poor installation by another company. Jay and his team put down a levelling compound followed by a damp proof course and then another levelling layer. Before he even started putting the LVT down you could tell his workmanship was absolute perfection. The new floor looks absolutely stunning! Incredibly impressed. Having used My Builder quite a few times this guy is the best tradesmen I’ve found yet. Get him booked in if you can. Top Tip: Don’t opt for Click LVT!! Go straight for Glue Down!! You will save yourself a lot of money in the end!

Latest review:Hard Flooring-Tomasz is hard working, meticulous and a very trustworthy person. On this occasion he redecorated the lounge ( including correcting my original bodge attempts) and laid a laminate floor and the result is fantastic! As always, I remembered (or found) a number of other extra jobs needing completion during Tomasz's time here and he accepted them without complaint. He cleaned up after, leaving the room spotless. I would not hesitate to hire Tomasz for any further work.
