I have hired John to get the carpets replaced in our buildings communal area. John was clear with his messages, took his time to come around and get the measurements and advised on how much material to buy. He was timely, transparent and provided a high level of service. His quote was not the lowest I had amongst others (not high either) but given my past experience, I prefer working with people who come across professional and trustworthy, that is the impression John left both before and after the job.
