After checking Franks reviews I decided to hire him to lay vinyl downstairs in 4 rooms. I am not happy at all. After 2 days the vinyl started moving around in all the rooms as it wasn’t sprayed down properly. Contacted frank who said he would be out to fix it and still hasn’t turned up and is ignoring my messages. Would recommend everyone to check if their vinyl is stuck down properly before paying anyone

Have sent 1 message on here, 2 texts, 2 WhatsApp’s and phoned him twice regarding pricing and to give him more details with absolutely no response. Completely let me down and I’ve had to try get someone else last minute as I needed the carpet fitted today. Waste of my time.
