UNRELIABLE AND UNCOMMUNICATIVE !! Our first meeting went well and, out of 4 builders we met with, we decided to give the job to Alex having read the reviews. However, he let us down 2 days in a row keeping us waiting in all day when he didn't bother to turn up or let us know he could not make it during which he neither answered the phone or responded to text messages. We managed to get hold of him from another number in order to give him the benefit of the doubt and he told us he would ring us back "within a day or 2" but failed to do so. He has consistently ignored messages and texts so we have given up. We even left a message asking him to just tell us if he did not want or was unable to do the job but nothing - totally inconsiderate. I would not waste your time with this guy.. He has some good reviews but it's very easy to get family and friends to give good reviews. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HIM - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME !!!
