Latest review:Architecture-Scam, • We agreed fixed price 5 k for everything & later he refused to come to meetings asking for extra money which he never mention before hand • he promised to do the drawings (he said drawing will finish in 7 days and took a month) • he said in front of 5 witness he will deal with everything and get building control signed off and till now I do not have it • he got paid 50% and now did ccj asking for the other 50% and the job is not finished and no building control certificate

Architectural Designer in Raynes ParkBarry has designed our loft conversion and provided us with an outstanding drawings. He was always available for questions and if anything needed to be changed it was never an issue. He is an excellent architect who has been exceptionally helpful throughout this stressful project.The drawings he has provided were detailed, easy to understand and managed to offer us options to turn the staircase around without having to lose the box room. I have already recommended him to friends and will certainly use his services in the future if needed.

Latest review:Conversions - General-Richard correctly identified the wall was load bearing and put me in touch with a structural surveyor( to be clear not all builders recognised the wall is load bearing!) Whilst this was happening Richard and his team did a side shed extension. Quality excellent. I have liked all his workers, they have been clean and reliable. Great find for me and I will continue to use them.

Latest review:New Builds-Sohail worked closely with me on this project. Providing detailed costings, work schedules and build timelines. Filling my knowledge gaps with his extensive experience he was able to assist over and beyond what I expected from him. Unfortunately due to circumstances out of my control this development project didn’t go ahead. However when the next opportunity for a new build comes up I will definitely be using Rose and Stone. I did have another job going at the time where the other builder badly let me down and left me with a big problem on my hands…. Sohail and his team stepped in and took on the project. The team finished the job exceptionally well, which was a full on top to bottom conversion, some internal reconfigurations and with the addition of a loft and new downstairs WC. The workmanship and overall quality of the job was excellent. My wife is over the moon with the results, taking the house from a three bed one bathroom to a four bed 3 bathroom house. We would definitely recommend Rose and Stone for this type of extensive refurbishment/loft conversion work and look forward to working with them in the future on bigger development projects.
