Mizanur most recent job for me was advising, preparing and submission of a rear single storey extension plan to Coventry City a Council for a buy to let property that I purchased in Sept 2015. The planning was submitted around end of November and was approved in 18th Jan 2015. Mizanur also advised, prepared and submitted a double storey side and single storey extension for my residence in 2012 which was also approved by the council. This was a complicated build which was successfully completed in Feb 2015. Mizanur is a true professional, very knowledgeable, quick of the mark, reliable and trustworthy. I would recommend his services to anyone seeking planning permission small , medium or large extension.
