They replastered the entire flat, fitted a new bathroom with floor heating, opened up understairs storage and put in new electrics in less than three weeks. Even when we asked for extra works such as tiling the entire hallway and kitchen, Art’s tiler delivered expert work. The work was done for a fair price on time and on budget.

Refurbishment of rooms, bathroom, garden, kitchen, fence, laying of new wood floor, painting, plastering, re-plumbing, etc. Zaza and his team are always on time, work tirelessly, and are very polite. I praise Zaza and his team for a job well done. I am very pleased with the work they did for me and i will definitely re-hire N & SH for future building works.

Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-Daniel and his team have done amazing work, extremely happy with the final outcome. The initial meeting with Daniel, put my mind at rest, simply because he had lots of past similar projects which he was able to show me, that he completed successfully. Daniel has over 20 years of experience and knows his stuff, and was able to explain clearly each step in the process. Excellent communication skills, and a pleasure to work with. The lintel was replaced and the wall reinforced, he even installed the windows. I was so impressed with his work, that I asked that he take on an additional project, which was replacing the bathroom floor tiles, which was also done to a very high standard. I have no trouble recommending Daniel and his team, they are professional, pleasant and highly competent. Thank you Daniel, hope to work with you again with future projects.
We are very happy with the work and approach, reasonable prices. I would definitely hire again. I'm a landlady and they undertook a lot of jobs in my rental flat. Some big some small e.g. removing damp and painting ceiling and walls, minor roof repairs, replacing electric bathroom fan and a kitchen socket repair, sealant around sink etc. My tenants sang their praises. They said they were very considerate, taking photos with their permission so they could put the room back as they found it, bringing their own kettle, vacuuming very thoroughly etc. They kept me informed with pictures and messages, asking questions occasionally, importantly it also wasn't too many questions. They got the balance just right. I was impressed that they met me at the property first thing Sunday morning to check the work, especially as I only messaged them late on the Saturday night. Overall very professional and I would highly recommend

Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-I’ve worked with other tradesmen before but working with Luigi has been the best experience! We hired Luigi to renovate a one bedroom flat - repainting all walls, ceilings, and woodwork, installing new laminate flooring and installing a new kitchen and bathroom. He was always on time, organised, and replied to emails and texts promptly. What was supposed to be a rather stressful project was made so much easier thanks to Luigi and his team being totally on top of it all. The workmanship was of a very high standard and Luigi has a great eye for details. Furthermore, he suggested little extras and ideas that were great and didn’t cost much to install. If any problems arose Luigi would send photos and help me sort them out or advise me on what to do next. Luigi co-operated very well with my kitchen company so it was all very easy. I even went away on holiday before the project finished and Luigi kept me updated while I was away and I came back to a beautiful and clean flat! He stuck to the timescale very well and is professional, reliable and obviously proud of the work that he does. I highly recommend Monte Design!
