What a great job every little detail superb and to the highest quality. Ash is friendly polite, neat and tidy and planned the project superbly. He is a perfectionist and we cannot state highly enough on how pleased we are with the quality of the work. He is everything a great tradesman/craftsman should be. An absolute pleasure to have employed him to undertake the paneling and boxing work. Left fully prepared for decoration. There was a bit of plumbing that needed sorting out to fit the panelling and he planned this in and his brother in law came bang on time and also undertook a great clean job. Lovely fellas! Thank you Ash.

I am very happy with the renovations Max carried out on my property.He was polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. He was always quick to assist in any extra jobs I needed and helped moved furniture and clear space when required. His team were respectful of my space being as I was living in my property with my pets for the duration and I work from home so was present throughout the job process. Max built me an amazing media wall from scratch, it is totally bespoke and looks fantastic, it was a complicated project, with concealed smart lighting in built in alcoves, has my massive tv and feature fireplace inset and two cupboards for storage. I had brand new flooring laid throughout the ground floor which looks amazing and the entire house was re-decorated. As with any big project we hit a few snags along the way, but I was so impressed with the calm, friendly manner that Max handled everything, If I wasn't 100% happy he would re-do something until I was. This was particularly relevant to the new kitchen cabinet installed. I had a vision that required imagination and bespoke finishing, once it was completed It didn't quite meet my expectation so Max removed the cabinet and re-installed it for me, he did this with good grace and friendliness and no extra charge. He also finished some work left over from a previous contractor and did a great job. I would employ him again for any future projects.

TP Builders have done a fantastic job on our various projects. These include a new kitchen, a re-modelling of cloakroom, redecorate large hallway and lounge including new laminate flooring and converting a space under a garage into a bedroom. The result is absolutely fantastic and we are so pleased with the work they have done. They work hard and turn up on time and are always cheerful. Nothing is too much trouble and they can turn their hand to any job that is asked of them. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants a quality job done. We will have them on speed dial for our next project lol.

Keith Gary and Dan have done a wonderful job on my house starting with the roof and refitting including most walls. They have listened to what I wanted and carried out the recommendations from the lime company which has increased the insulation incredibly. The job was challenging due to lack of parking and access but they have worked amazingly hard to finish on time and on budget. Where possible Keith has salvaged and adapted existing fixtures and given lots of guidance and expert advice on decisions about what was practical and expedient . The volume of work was enormous due to the completely run down state of the property but it is now barely recognisable as a beautiful dwelling conserving as much of the original as possible. All the work has been to the highest standard and skill and structural reinforcement and repairs done wherever necessary. The existing heating system has been adapted and conserved where possible , again keeping the costs within budget, and the new kitchen and bathroom installed .Keith communicated with me at all necessary junctures and never seemed irked by daft questions or having to explain things more than once .He has made a lovely slate plinth for the kitchen woodburner and everywhere you look are examples of problem solving . So I am well happy with all the work and feel that I was very fortunate to have such skilled builders who never lost their sense of humour when things were very challenging with the weather and working conditions.

Total bathroom refit. . Removal of old fixtures and fittings. Rewiring, plumbing, plastering and fitting new shower, sink and toilet. New ceiling inset with lighting, new flooring. Tiling floor to ceiling. MFL & team did the lot. Very pleased with the end result. Prompt, polite and professional throughout.

Absolutely fantastic job. Worked like a trooper in all weathers. Nothing was too much Trouble and the work has been finished to a very high standard. Cleared up after himself each evening and worked through into the evenings often. Even the rain did not put him off and carried on working soaked through. If you are looking for a true expert for finlock guttering removal or replacement. Jason Shaw is your man. We had all concrete guttering around the bungalow removed and also removed from inside the conservatory. He made sure all openings were securely covered , taped up so we had no dust in rest of the house. We can highly recommend him .
