Which order should I do work in, and how long will it take?

I'm hopefully getting the keys to my first flat (after years of renting!) and need some advice on where to start. It is a 50s former council flat on 2 floors I need... Old fire and back boiler removing, 2 old radiators removing and old pipe work removing, new combi boiler put in including 5 radiators with pipes, plus replacing electric shower with shower connected to boiler hot water electrics need to be checked and all sockets need to be flush mounted (currently old fashioned sticking out kind) Old kitchen removing and new kitchen put in 5 built in cupboards to be knocked out (solid brick cupboards by the feel of them) New laminate flooring in hallway, living room, and 2 bed rooms Wallpaper and polystyrene ceiling tiles removed in 3 rooms, walls and ceilings to be painted and any plastering done if needed I'm sure there will be other jobs too but these are the main things I think Do you suggest I get the boiler and electrics done first, then the kitchen, then the other rooms? Any rough ideas on how long it will all take? Thanks
