job was not done correct, he was told what to do and where to put sockets he didnt listen and done as he liked in my house, a builder was even here to show him and he still did as he liked, i have had to report to the appropriate people, stayed in 3 times said was coming to re-do job and didnt bother even phoning to say wasnt come finally come and when come didnt like the fact he put plug sockets in wrong place and had to move them started raising his voice and woke my baby boy up am now sueing for return of money, once he was payed he didnt show any interest what so ever, ive messed a plasterer about as i thought job would be done and it wasnt he just puts sockets on top walls and leaves them,i do not reccomend at all very shoddy work ignorant and arrogant pair of cowboys, who are certainly not welcome in my house ever againAnswer from tradesperson:
All sockets were marked out by customer.I always walk clients through a job once complete to ensure they are happy. Customer asked us to come back two weeks later as she had changed her mind on two sockets which I agreed FREE OF CHARGE as we were due to 2nd fix once plastered.On arrival customer was verbally aggressive and abusive to the point I asked my apprentice to collect the tools. Neither me or my staff should be expected to tolerate that kind of behaviour. We received an apology from her daughter as she was so ashamed of her mothers language.We have not received 50+ reviews on this site by being cowboys.All work was top quality and fully compliant with bs7671.
