I did explain that I had been away to the customer. Our text conversation dated 25th of ma Thanks Tony, no immediate rush: Then when I get home I have texts saying he had another plumber coming to change his shower and then it becomes urgent!!! I’m sorry the customer feels this way as I did not intend to let him down at all but unfortunately I do have a life away from plumbing and sometimes family have to take precedence.
