Very pleased with job- turned out to be much bigger than expected as chasing into wall needed but Thomas was very helpful and did a great job.

Very cheerful punctual guy, very good value indeed.

Tom did a great job and nothing is too much trouble. I have now moved home and will use Tom again rewiring my new home.

I hired Thomas to carry out a full Electrical Safety check on a property prior to purchase which I paid a large (and over the top) price for. I wasn't present at the inspection so couldn't comment on the time Thomas was actually at the property but from what I have been told by another Electrician what Thomas had issued a certificate on was actually completely incorrect and in fact the electrical setup at the property even consisted of different materials (which were dangerous) than he certified on. I have now paid again for a full electrical safety test and been issued with the full NIC EIC certificate (which is approx. 5 pages long) instead of the "certificate" that was issued to me. Being a complete electrical novice I failed to notice that in fact you can buy a pad of the certificates in any electrical shop for a matter of a few ££. The long and the short of it is that Thomas Sands failed to check, as part of his full electrical test, any of the circuits, the material that the circuits were made up of and the fact that there were issues with the earthing that meant that our copper water pipes could have become live meaning all water supply would have been flowing with volts of electricity Now this is just my honest feedback from my experience with TJS Electrical but I can assure you I would NOT recommend this guy nor would I have any faith in saying he would complete a job satisfactorily.

Our 1930's house was in desperate need of a rewire as the wiring had become outdated and hazardous as described by the surveryor in his report. This prompted me to search high and low for a very good electrican and this is where i came across Tom from TJS Electrical Services. I was highly impressed with the initial readings about Tom from others and the first meeting further emphasized this. I found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable in his expertise, so I decided to hire him for the job and was not disappointed in anyway. Tom is very good at what he does, he carried out our job with care and respected our house as if it were his own. He carried out the work to a high standard and delivered as agreed. He was very helpful throughout, provided me with regular updates on his progress. During the time i got to know Tom, i found him to be a very trustworthy, honest, reliable, patient and hardworking individual, Unfortunately. i was unable to take time off work, but was comfortable in giving him the keys and he carried out the work in a professional manner as one would expect and also delivered within the agreed timescales. Even our neighbours found him to be very pleasant and courteous. In my opinion TJS Electrical Services' prices are very competiitve and well worth paying especially if you're looking for quality work. I will definitely be using him again in the future and have already recommended him to family and friends. Thanks Tom for all your hardwork, it has been a pleasure and best of luck with your future projects.

We were really pleased with the work Tom did for us, although we only went ahead with half the work quoted. The outside work we will save for another time. Anyway, he went to great lengths to ensure the mess was kept to a minimum, and the work was to a good standard.

Tom was efficient, tidy and completed the job in a very professional fashion. I would both recommend his services and use him again, thank you.

Tom cam out on a Sunday morning to take a look at the job! He then completed it all in one day, worked very tidily and carefully and sent out the certificate as promised. His quote was very competitive and I am very happy with his work.
