P.P.LOCK AND KEY has been helping people with double glazing problems for 5 years and in that time we have gathered a vast portfolio of satisfied customers.
THIS IS THE MAN YOU ALL NEED IN YOUR LIFE!!! Do not hesitate to contact him for all of your window/door/lock fixing needs...seriously!!!
Paul has just replaced 2 damaged hinges on a double glazed window we've been unable to open for the past 4 months. He did it & cleaned up after himself all within the hour & at a very reasonable, fair price.
Just as Paul was about to leave I told him I had been having problems with a lock on our three-folding doors. Paul took a look and explained to me that in the past year of owning our house, when we thought we'd been locking the door, we in fact hadn't! Paul straight away took the lock apart & all of the other connecting bits, and stayed an extra 2 hours despite having other jobs booked in for the same day, to fix the lock. I felt really bad as I thought it was a job for another day kind of thing but Paul would not leave until the lock was fixed as, in his own words, 'it would have played on his conscience leaving me with a door that doesn't lock'. I insisted on paying Paul extra for fixing my lock and staying an extra 2 hours but I think Paul undercharged me for the work he carried out - I know, that doesn't happen often if ever!
Paul is an incredibly honest gentleman and at a very reasonable price. On top of that he's a lovely man and one that I will always call upon if I ever encounter more issues with my windows/doors or locks in the future.

Started out in the double glazing industry 19 years ago. Prior to that I was a trained engineer with City and Guilds certificates in engineering. This enabled me to approach all aspects of repairs to double glazing with confidence. Since then I have picked up a comprehensive knowledge in the industry. For 5 years now I have been self employed, attending to call out situations where people have had problems with their double glazed doors and windows
