We are a small company based conveniently near junction 24 of the M1 motorway enabling us to carry out low-cost and fully guaranteed damp proofing and timber decay work in the east midlands area.

Work History
We offer low cost solutions to all kinds of damp problems including rising damp, condensation, and penetrative damp. From a simple chemical DPC injection to the complete re-plastering of a property, no job is too big or too small!
In addition to damp problems we also offer a full range of timber treatments including problems caused by wet/dry rot and wood boring insect infestation. From a simple anti-fungal spray treatment to a full timber floor replacement, we have got the experience to tackle the job at hand, carried out as always to a high quality and at a reasonable cost.
We are also vastly experienced in domestic groundworks and excavations including drain replacement, patios, paths and driveways. Whether it be block paving, slabbing, turf or concrete, we've got it covered!
Every customer enquiry we receive is dealt with in the same way. An appointment will be made for a qualified damp and timber surveyor to attend the property. After an in-depth inspection, a full report and quotation will be prepared for the customer. After a few days, a follow up phone-call will be made to ensure the customer received all the information and answer any questions the customer may have. All surveys and reports are free!
