The work I'm having done is quite substantial, it's in fact a complete house rebuild and Patrick and his team have been very good. Patrick was also the only one, out of 6 builders to quote, who followed the tender process as I requested. Patrick and his team are very polite, they've been very good inside the house as well, clean & tidy and overall I'm very pleased with it. I would definitely recommend them. They're very quick too! Even my neighbour who put every obstacle in the way of this project going ahead even came up to me and said he's never seen builders work so hard.

Patrick is a very knowledgeable and professional tradesman. I would definitely use him again. Comparing to many other people I used over the years he is one of the best. He offers a good price and a good service. I was very pleased with everything he's done.
