Last project Prototype floating houseuly 2016 Fitting kitchen & bathroom The Honalee floating home had to be completed as quickly as possible to be shown on the documentary My Floating Home in 2016. The contractors working on the project sub-contracted the work to Rafal to fit the kitchen and bathroom. This included making custom cupboards under the stairs. Other work that was added during the allotted time was to fit all the internal doors which required new frames as the original contractors had constructed them to the wrong size. Rafal worked out a schedule and cost and was very informative as to how he planned to go about the work. The kitchen was non-standard and it required a lot of adaptation which was dealt with very professionally by Rafal and his workers. December 2016/January 2017 Re-dry lining the walls in the kitchen and bathroom. Paint and decorate the walls Rafal organised a team of workers to fix the faults in the original dry lining. The work was once again completed very professionally and to a high standard. February 2017 Rafal laid the insulation, electric underfloor heating mats and overlay boards ready for the fitters to lay the vinyl flooring. Once again the work was completed to on time including a Saturday to make sure the floor was prepared for the vinyl floor fitters. Rafal has proved to be very knowledgable about all aspects of construction. He is highly capable, fast and thorough, as well as having good managerial skills with a team of workers. The completed work has been to a very high standard and we would not hesitate to employ Rafal again. I am happy to be contacted if anybody would like to have this reference validated.
