Job did not go ahead as quote changed on the morning of the job starting

Provided a competitive quote for cutting down and removing 4 trees and topping 4 trees. Work carried out within 8 days of quote being accepted. All work carried out as agreed,on time and to good standard. They Cleared all cuttings from the ground and swept the lawn and pathway clean before leaving. I would hire this firm again.

I've just realised that I hadn't left feedback for job done in March! Steven was great and gave a reasonable honest quote for the garden/gate and got the job done quickly with care and precision. I am very happy with the outcome and would be happy to reccommend to friends and family! Amanda

Steven did a fantastic job on the overgrown evergreen trees in our front garden. He gave us good advice at the quote stage and knew his subject matter very well. He was also a good time-keeper; compared to another tree surgeon who didn't bother turning up to an appointment to quote and made no contact to apologise, this spoke volumes about Steven's level of customer service. Finally, we were really pleased with the quality of his work. He gave the trees a very nice shape and cleared up everything afterwards. We will use him again and recommend his service wholeheartedly.

Steve and his team were extremely professional and worked without stopping for four days to cut three large 70' oak trees, fell a 60' fire damaged ash tree and prune a smaller 45' beech. It was clear from talking to Steve that he knew what he was doing and was not just a man with a chainsaw! The team worked into the darkness on some evenings to ensure everything was completed in the allocated time and budget. The shaping of all of the trees was superb which is always a potential worry when using someone for the first time. They left the site clean and tidy (and even raked leaves that were left lying on the lawn). I have no reservations recommending them to other people based on my excellent experience.
