Steve and Malcolm did exactly what was quoted for (and a bit more). They arrived on time, did an excellent job, left everything clean and tidy and only asked for the quoted amount. They did such a job, I've asked for a quote to pave/deck my back garden. Would highly recommend Capital Contractors.

I would highly recommend Capital Contractors. Steve communicated extremely well, contacted me early each day to let me know the plan and provide progress updates. The job was completed very quickly and efficiently and to a very high standard. Steve provided lots of 'value add' giving me plenty of unprompted advice and answering any questions I had regarding this job but also other bits of work required about my house that I'm considering tackling myself. Internal Refurbishment of Two Bedroom Bungalow (Restoration & Refurbishment)

I appointed Capital Contractors, Steve and Malcolm,to undertake the complete refurbishmment of a small property I own to rent out. The work also involved removing an old conservatory and the construction of a single storey extension to increase the size of the kitchen and living space. My budget was tight but Steve and Malcolm assisted in sourcing quality products at reasonable prices by 'shopping around' the builders merchants etc. for the best deals on offer. I found them to be diligent workers, friendly and very co-operative. I was very pleased with the over all standard of their work and that of the various other trades they brought in (e.g. plasterer, plumber, electrician). I am an architect and used 'my builder.com' because most of the contractors I encounter in my work sphere are geographically too far from the location of the refurb property. I would have no hesitation in recommending Capital Contractors for the type of work they have undertaken for me.

All the work was carried out to a high standard. Attention to detail was impressive and Steve and Malcolm's advice and suggestions along the way were freely given and much appreciated. Additional finishing touches suggested by them, such as fitting extra shelving etc, were carried out (at no extra cost!) simply because Steve and Malcolm wanted the finished job to look as nice as possible. I'm delighted with the end product and have no hesitation in recommending Capital Contractors to anyone looking to get a great job done at a competitive price.

Install Kitchen ASAP (Kitchen Fitting)

Steve and Malcom did a fantastic job in removing my old kitchen and fitting in a new kitchen from scratch, including removing old tiles and doing new tiles.
After having numerous problems with my kitchen company, it was such a pleasure to have them do the job and help overcome every problem that came their way.
Was always on time and made sure no mess was ever left.
They even helped do the little jobs after.
I am very pleased with them and would hire them for any other jobs i require and have recommended them to friends and family already.
Would definitely recommend and anyone who hires them will be very happy with their work.

Front Wall rebuild (Bricklaying)

Steve Miller of capital contractors has done an amazing job on our front wall, and patio. It had collapsed soon after we had moved in, leaving us feeling deflated. After telephoning Steve he gave a very competitive quote, and re-built the wall quickly and efficiently, in keeping with the original wall, and therefore maintaining the 1930's street scene.
Steve explained ever step of the process, I will be calling him again if I have any other building work - I strongly recommend his work.

stev is a great guy hard working dont stop for lunch just gets on with the job very tidy and stick to the price witch was very good, we were so pleased with his work would hire him again. and that is wot we are going to do
he has done our pouche. roof. and windows. brick wall and drains. so will be having him back to do our conservatory do give him a try you wont get better,

Steve & Malcolm completely re-did our house - they did windows, doors, skirting, coving, bathroom, painting, decorating, new boiler AND they're doing our extension next year. I was really impressed by their knowledge - they've been doing it for so long and that helped us to really trust them. They're really good value for money, they come up with really good ideas and they're very flexible too. Communication was good throughout the project and that's one of the reason why they're doing our extension next year too. Highly recommended.
