All our trades men are City & Guild time served or have long time, proven experience.
The principles have experience in projects ranging from extensions and loft conversions, property refurbishment, disability adaptations, grant assist works and insurance claims. We are also a joinery contractor and no job is too small.
ServiceBase are the only IICRC accredited company in North Wales (we can correctly dry your property after a flood) and have NFB membership. We are aslo CHAS accredited (the goverment health and saftey scheme) and are local authority approved

We can also supply architects drawings and deal with submissions ensuring the whole process runs smoothly.
