Jacques arrived in good time and I have to say he really knows his stuff. He moved the toilet took of the waste pipe gave everything a thorough clean. But found that it was not the toilet that was leaking - but the shower, who's is next to the toilet. It appears that the cowboy builder that refurbished my shower room 2 years ago simply placed the shower tray on top of some ply board. Jacques was the only plumber out of 9 plumbers in 5 months to diagnose this major fault. I will be hiring Jaques to put right the botched job. Jaques is very friendly and approachable and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants an excellent plumber!

Work History
I have over 8 years experience in the trade. The last 4 years I have been working in the UK as a private contractor. I worked as a maintenance technician at a major London University with 7000 students maintaining 27 buildings. My portfolio includes plumbing, tiling, design, carpentry and basic electrics. I also do handyman jobs from putting up shelving to "flatpack"assembly.
