The work that Steve carried out was both fast, very good value and of very high quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sanbuild to others. In 8 days, Steve rebuilt a delapidated Victorian garden wall, using nearly all original materials, which he sorted & cleaned up to match the surrounding walls. Highly recommended!

Steve did a really good job and the finished product was to a very high standard. He was very helpful and even worked all day on the Saturday to complete the job so that the kitchen fitters could start on the Monday. I would recomend him as a good and meticulous craftsman who knows his trade.

I split my extension into three phases, the first being a water tight shell, the second internal works and the third landscaping. I hired Steve to carry out Phase 1. I had three quotes, but chose Steve as he showed most interest by carrying out two site visits and looking through the plans thoroughly before submitting a price. During the build process, Steve demonstrated a vast depth of knowledge in construction and building regulations. I felt at all times that he was in full control of the project. The quality of work was very high. Time was taken to do the job properly. Steve was onsite everyday. I ran out of money for Phase 3. In summary, would I recommend SanBuild : Yes, I think your project would be in safe hands.

Stephen did quite a few major projects for us. We have quite an old building and he renovated all of it for us, built an extension to it and lately did two out buildings as well. We were very satisfied. I have known Stephen for 28 years now and I always could rely on his knowledge and skills. He always explains all the options before he starts working. A good bricklayer and joiner.
