Good job finished on time and great guys completing the work.

A very well deserved 10/10 for Stefan and his team. This is how all home renovations should be done. Every day they turned up bang on time, worked their socks off and cleaned up afterwards. They even cheered me up when I was having a rotten week of dental work. I can't believe how efficient they were. I only wish I'd know Stefan years ago when I first started work on my wonky old house. He would have had it finished quickly and to impeccable standards. I'll be asking them back to do more work on my house as they were absolutely great - friendly, helpful, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Special mention for Ben; thank you for the fabulous tiling which all matched up perfectly every leaf, twig and branch! Thank you so much :-)

S1 Builders were not the cheapest quote but I was immediately impressed with the professional presentation. I have had very bad experiences with builders in the past and was worried about escalating costs, poor work, being treated like an idiot and not getting what I wanted. I chose S1 because I felt I could trust them to do a professional job. From the very beginning I knew I had made a wise choice. The builders were all highly skilled people. They kept to timetables, paid attention to every tiny detail, kept the house clean and communicated promptly whenever I had concerns or questions. If they found problems, they discussed and then sorted them, rather than bodging the job and hiding leaky old pipeworks etc. The finished works are better than I had dreamed. This is my forever home and I am so pleased with the end result. It is workmanship of the highest quality and I trust it will last! Many thanks for restoring my faith in the great British craftsman! Highly recommended and will use again should I need further work done.Five stars.

I'm really pleased with the standard of work carried out. S1 Builders are very knowledgeable, polite at all times and completed the work well within the time frame quoted. I have already used S1 to complete a smaller extra job, which was carried out to the same high standard. I would definitely be happy for further work to be completed by them.

Stefan & his team were first class from day one. Assisted with planning & sourcing best materials within our budget. Team were very professional when on site, All work was completed on time, on budget & to the highest standard. Fantastic job & I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I will certainly be using them for any future works.

Stefan completed a renovation on a bungalow for my parents. I live at a distance so it required a lot of careful coordination and good communication. We corresponded via phone and email more than face to face and I was consulted every step of the way. Stefan gave us a clear timeframe for the job and this was completely adhered to which was vital for us and in my experience quite unusual! His workers were efficient and tidy and able to adapt and get around problems when they inevitably cropped up. As the job progressed there were several additions that I wanted to make to the job and Stefan was patient with me throughout! This meant that we got the outcome that we wanted and my parents were thrilled. His aftercare also impressed me as he was on hand to respond to little problem-shooting issues and queries that my parents had upon moving in. Again I really appreciated Stefan and his team completing the job properly. In the final stages I had some queries about the invoice and Stefan was fair and accommodating. All in all a good job well done!

Excellent job done by Steve.. Timekeeping and work ethic could not be faulted. Kept everywhere as clean and tidy as possible and completed the job within the time scale quoted even though a few problems cropped up. Would recommend highly.
