Fitting of 7 internal oak veneer doors. David arrived on time to do the work. He was friendly and trustworthy and completed the job on time. We would recommend him and would use him again. Doug. Carr

Dave arrived on time to do the job and layed a beautiful oak floor. The job was not without challenges (delicate plaster, bowing floors, and pipes etc, but he did well to work around these issues and kept me in the loop at all times. Dave did not quite manage to complete the job on the day, but came back the following day (Sunday) to all but finish off, although we just need a couple of nails punching (as he did not have the tool available). We are very pleased with his work and hope to have him back to do further work in the new year.

Dave was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. He was professional, trustworthy, helpful and did an extremely good job. We would definitely recommend and we will be using him again for our extension. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Dave has completed our loft conversion with some great ideas for fitting things in, even improving on the architect's plans. He was more than willing to do extra work that arose as the job progressed, the workmanship is solid and he was always forthcoming with options and solutions. The only downside was the time from start to completion was much longer than expected but some of that was due to things Dave could not have predicted.

We found Dave through this website and although his quote wasnt the lowest, we were impressed because he knew what he was talking about and went to the effort of giving us drawings of how our house could look like. He also put us in touch with an outstanding architect/structural engineer. Dave signed a contract we wrote up and started work on the agreed time. Him and his 2 workers worked full days at the start and made good progress. He did take on other jobs half way through so our job was delayed even after taking into consideration that we had asked him to do some extras. But on the plus side, he was always available to discuss things. Even if we didnt always agree, I knew he would always answer my phone calls and return messages promptly. Now that the house is finished, it looks stunning, Dave left no stone unturned and if he found a problem, he would speak to us about rectifying it. His craftmanship is brilliant and that's what's important in the long run.

Dave did an excellent job, taking care to finnish the job to high standard. He also kept us informed as to progress and to explain what was happening. He started and finnished on time and tidied up as he progressed. I would deffinately use him again.

I am very pleased with the fitting of my roof lantern. Dave Legge added value to the job by getting relevant building regulations sorted whilst I was on holiday, thereby moving the job along. I would recommend Ritcroft Construction to anyone wanting a roof conversion.

We are very pleased with the work that Dave has done for us. He has been reliable, trustworthy and has completed the work to a very high standard. Dave was there for the whole job and completed our work before starting any other work. We will be keeping Dave as our builder in the future.
