    Leak investigate
    Colin was reliable and thorough investigating our leak, he was exceptionally polite and full of helpful advice. He successfully located and remedied, what ended up being two separate leaks with the shower. I would happily contact Colin again for any plumbing needs!

    Toilet won’t flush
    Very friendly guy. Arrived promptly at short notice and quickly identified problem. Returned to complete the fix when part had arrived and charged what he said he would (which was very reasonable). Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

    Replace bath taps

    Colin did a fantastic job, we are very pleased with what turned out to be a really difficult and awkward task, he put a lot of thought and effort into what he did for us at a really great price and we are extremely happy with the work. We would highly recommend him with no reservation at all. We won’t hesitate to use Colins services again, thank you.

    rising damp from concrete floor

    Colin was a smashing fellow who really knows his trade one of a dying breed. We had 3 quotes £4,000 + £3,000 + & Colins quote £825. He sorted out the problem & made good when done & left job clean & tidy. Will use Colin again & recommend him 100%. Gordon McGowan Specialist Decorator.

    Cleaning of waste pipe from toilet to sewer

    Poor Colin has worked so hard trying to fix my old toilet. He correctly diagnosed the problem as a massive limescale build-up in the U-bend of the pan, but because of the age of the pan and its difficult location in a tight corner he had to saw off the waste pipe to get into the blocked area, and then found that it isn't possible to find a fitting that works to reconnect the pan. And he tried every variety in the shop. Now I need a new toilet, but at least I shall soon be eco friendly and not paying so much on my water meter for every flush. So it's not all bad.
