Richard arrived on time and completed the work in the time specified, leaving the area clean. I am very satisfied with the work and would recommend RTM.

As soon as I met Richard I knew that he was the man for the job. Punctual, and with a proper assessment of the area he knocked the competition out of the park. Richard carried out a two day job for us, damp proofing and re plastering our porch area. Everything was done as described. The job was quickly and beautifully executed leaving the area superbly tidy and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard, 5 star all the way. We are now moving house and he would be my go to for future work of this nature.

Richard Maryan arranged to start job on Tuesday 21st April 2015. Richard was very accommodating when we were arranging a convenient date. The job was over a period of two days. It was completely HASTLE free which is a rare occurrence these days. We were very happy to go off and leave Richard to carry out works and there was no inconvenience to us. Our property was left in nice clean condition at finish of job. We would not hesitate to recommend Richard to anybody and they would not be disappointed with his work. We have already asked Richard back to do some more work. A great job we'll done!!

Richard and his team done a brilliant job... I had a condensation problem Richard came and rectified it straight away.. He fitted 5x air passyfier vents, scrub & wiped the walls down with a mould cleaner, fitted a humidity fan in the bathroom, also advised us on how to deal with condensation for the future.. His work is extremely tidy, he's always on time, reasonable, trustworthy & very professional... highly recommended
