Rob is a nice fella and does give competitive quotes but is extremely unreliable in following through. He installed our boiler to a degree that it would work but did not finish it all off on that day. Unfortunately I stupidly paid him in full as I felt that I could trust him and he had also promised to return to complete the job a few days later. I called several times on different occasions to arrange a time and date for him to come but he failed to turn up or call to cancel the appointment on every single occasion. If you decide to use him, just make sure that the job is fully completed before he is paid in full otherwise you will be left frustrated and short changed. We had to pay someone else to complete the job which he had been paid in full for. Don't let his gentle demeanor and nice personality obscure your decision making.

Avoid this guy at all costs. Once you pay you wont hear from him again. If you do manage to get him by phone he will promise the earth but not deliver. He caused some damage when fitting our boiler, but didnt respond afterwards to correct it. And he didnt arrange a boiler compliance certificate for us, depsite constantly claiming he did (Gas Safe is aware) - you cant move house without one (didnt realise this at the time, hence the delay in this review).
