John was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Went through every detail and suggested alternatives where necessary. Always happy and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Had complete control of the job throughout. Replaced all our fencing, decked a large area, gravel path and conservatory. All materials used very high quality. I would recommend John to anybody and will be doing so to anyone that mentions they want any work doing. He is a complete star and totally trustworthy. Brilliant.

I chose John after having numerous quotes due to his polite and friendly professionalism. Before the job started I moved the goalposts several times, I don't make live easy for anyone starting work for me, due to my own attention to detail and frequent changes of mind. John handled every request I made of him, brilliantly. Everything John and his workers did was exemplary. I have visions of him in a hole underneath the house in a trench filling up with water in the pouring rain whilst digging out footings. He was always friendly and to be honest I liked him and his team very much.
Now everything he has done is complete and he has been extremely helpful with additional situations which have occured that had nothing to do with his remit and without his help we would be a lot further back in the project.
I can't thank you enough, (well i suppose i could but I'm not paying you anymore) but will definitely be using him in the future and would 100% go out of my way to recommend him to anyone.
Brilliant, thank you, enough said.

John was fantastic. He came when promised and with his team worked hard to ensure the job got completed, despite the weather, even though this meant a very early start at the weekend. The lawn looks great. Highly recommended and would use again for any furture gardening projects.

John did a fantastic job at short notice. He worked really hard and was sensitive to the needs of the children we work with. He had a really positive attitude to the job and got it finished in pouring rain! He is the best communicator I've met in all the tradesmen I've used. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Very pleased with the work that John & team have done today . Communication is brilliant and they are very friendly. The workmanship is of a very high standard. My fence looks fantastic and very well built for a high wind area. John is very honest and makes good suggestions for alternative ideas to problem solve. I will be using them again for my future projects in the garden. In Summer 2007 we had some work done to our Cabin Club Porta Cabin, this involved roofing, replacing of side panels and drainage. The work that John carried out was to a very high standard and was value for money. The work was also completed within the time schedule. John has since completed further work which has involved building extensions, tarmacing the playground, drainage, plumbing, electrics, replacement ceilings and lighting, painting and bases for sheds and erection of sheds. John is a very hard worker and takes pride in his work. John always responds and does what he says he is going to do and delivers quality and value for money. Work carried out is always completed on time or before time and cost has always been within budget. I would without any reservation recommend John Wilson to anybody.

In October 2011 we decided we needed the crazy paved surface of our large parking area resurfaced with tarmac and block edgings. We wanted to use local companies and John Wilson gave us good advice about the planning permission, the quality of the materials we needed and the application to ensure the surface would be durable. We also needed two trees removed, an automatic garage door and it was found that a water supply pipe had been laid too shallow.The price was agreed and the work went smoothly and was completed without a break, to an excellent standard, within three days. In December our cast open fire fell apart and John re-laid the hearth, fitted a wood burning stove and lined the chimney. There is nothing John can`t turn his hand to. John is hard working and what was important to me- he does what he says he is going to do without a break . I would recommend John Wilson to anybody.
