Usually, you will require us to get you into the position of having a set of drawings that a local builder can quote from and all the permissions in place so you can begin construction.
The first step is the initial visit. We can find out what you require and what your options are, take a thorough set of measurements of your property to produce a set of drawings and survey the area.
We then produce a set of scale drawings (floor plan, elevations, etc.) for your approval within 10 days of our initial visit.
Then we finalize the drawings for planning permission and building control. This will include any details, elevations, floor plans, site/location plans, structural calculations, ‘U-value’ calculations and building regulations required. We will complete the relevant paperwork for you. If there are any changes to be made we will also do this within the original fee.
Once planning permission is obtained and plans are submitted for building control you can start your extension or conversion.
We work on a set fee basis, which allows you know where you stand financially. Our skills are here for you, we can provide as much help as you require.
