Prompt, efficient and great service. Couldn't be happier with the repair and maintenance carried out by Rafal. All cost were laid out before hand and he explained what work was carried out and why. Showed me the new parts being fitted also. Prompt email for invoice and Certificates following the repair, and he accepts all payment methods via PayPal which I find great! Thanks!

Brilliant service and price

Excellent service from Rafal, he knew the problem with the boiler straightaway and had all parts in hand. Additional he fixed additional problems that were identified at a reasonable cost. A really Vaillant boiler professional would highly recommend.

Fantastic service at a very reasonable price - the Pcb board needing changing and Rafal replaced it with a new one - also changed two broken valves and didn’t charge extra for doing so. Works guaranteed for a year - fabulous - would highly recommend!
