Absolute rubbish workers. Hardly spent half day working on each occasion. Kept drinking coffee, smoking, chatting with each other. What they promised to complete within a week or too, got stretched to over a month. All tools, paint, brushes always spread all over the floors. Agricultural quality of job. Would recommend this team to my enemies.

Hardworking professional and always on time - did a great job on my back garden. Went the extra mile and got everything done as I wanted. Would have no problems recommending b&r property services and will be using them again for any future jobs!

Following the near completion of our self build project, we required a multi skilled workman who was keen reliable and able to work unsupervised and by his own initiative on our dream home. Ryan fulfilled all this criteria and more and completed numerous tasks we required to put the quality finish we had strived for. This included a complete decoration service. The construction of stone garden wall. A large block and beam patio area to the rear and landscaping of the garden. He even demolished and disposed of our caravan and all the materials which had provided us with a temporary home. The work was completed within the specified budget and timescale and to an extremely high standard. We were highly delighted with the service we received.

Ryan demolished some old outhouses in the back garden to make a larger garden area. He carried out the work safely and efficiently and always ensured the area was tidied at the end of each day. Following the demolition Ryan then laid decking and landscaped the garden including planting many flowers and plants. While this work was being carried we got talking and he advised he could also do decorating and wallpapering and so we arranged for him to also decorate the living room and dining room. Both jobs were carried out to a very high standard and on time and on budget. Ryan is very methodical in his work and always ensures the area remains clear and tidy. Ryan also turns up at the time agreed.
