Bill was prompt, polite and efficient. He seemed very competent and I would use him again.

I would definitly use Bill and his colleague again. I needed 2 lights fitting and ceiling wire removing which was done very well and in a friendly and chatty manner. Bills quote was very reasonable, £75 for labour and £5 for suppling my dimmer switch and light fitting. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Failed to turn up on 6 (SIX) occasions Changed fixed price cost, and then tried to change job to day rates..... not wise when a day is 5h 15m and hard work is a dirty word. An electrician who "doesn't do chasing"! Used abusive language constantly - including when wife and kids present. Eventually FIRED - but tried to extort a further £700 for a job that was meant to cost £600 and already paid £400. Acted illegally by installing a fuseboard without issuing certificate for installation (DIC) (and tried to claim he hadn't made it live to controlling body - but forced a change of heart!) Replacement electrician ripped through the outstanding work for a third of what this guy wanted - and uncovered DANGEROUS wireing on the consumer board and mistakes elsewhere in work done. I would not recommend the chuckle brothers to my worst enemy. Dishonest, unreliable, poor dangerous workmanship, unable to follow simple instructions of what is required, lied to MyBuilder.com re price, lied to his governing body when complaint made re installation. Just a nasty little man who was given the opportunity to walk away, but kept going, causing me to install home CCTV - "just in case".

Very pleased to have chosen Bill to do the work and I shall certainly ask him again in future. Great and prompt communication too!

They did a fantastic job, were friendly, pleasant, in high spirits and completed the job quickly and accurately. I would strongly recommend them to anyone else.

Bill is a nice chap, done a good job, would recommend him to anyone looking for work done, especially electrical.

I would not hesitate to recommend Bill or use him again. I thought his quote was very reasonable (£75 to diagnose fault and fix) and he stuck to his word. Bill is very knowledgeable and an expert in his field. My seventy something mum was at home when Bill visited - ideal prey for rogue traders - no problems and I would not hesitate to recommend Bill for jobs with the more vulnerable. Great Stuff!

Pptesting provided a prompt and efficient Landlord's period inspection for a good price, Bill is knowledgable and helpful and provides excellent expert advice on possible works needing to be done, and the general electrical status of installations.
