PMV Maintenance reviews (2)

PMV carried out maintenance on all the Velux windows in the roof of the King's Wood Centre, an occupied elderly mental health unit ( 3 wards and 1 day hospital) in Colchester. Approx. 24 units in all. They were methodical in their approach to this works and carried it out in a safe and acceptable manner in a challenging environment. The work was completed on time and to the agreed cost. The Trust is very pleased with the results and will use the company again when the need arises. We have used Phil's services on several occasions. Initially to rectify some poor installation of Velux windows which were having problems with their electrics and alignment. Latterly he has also installed 3 new Velux roof windows in another part of our premises. We have absolutely no complaints about the standard of work supplied. Not only has he made a very neat and well-fitting installation of new windows, he has also been very helpful in rectifying the shortcomings of another company's work. He has also completed the new work with a minimum of fuss and disruption and exactly as per the original estimate
