I hired PMB to install a kitchen I sourced from Wickes. I was quoted by three installers and PMB gave a very competitive price. Most importantly, Colin is really easy going, understood my needs and didn't give the 'hard sell' like many others (i.e. recommending things you simply don't need).
Unfortunately on the last day of work, one of Colin's staff accidentally damaged my cooker. The damage was so great I had to buy a completely new cooker. I've still yet to have it installed (it's all been a bit of a hassle). I appreciate that accidents happen, but being left with a broken cooker was not good way to end things. I would have liked PMB to have made good, but I got the impression they are very busy and were on to their next job.
However, overall I was satisfied with the service. Colin keeps you informed along the way and sourced extra materials when required. The quality of workmanship was very good and the kitchen looks amazing. In summary, putting the broken cooker aside, I would recommend PMB. - northlondoner365 - 7th Apr, 2013
