Petr and his guy did an excellent job sanding and varnishing all our home wooden floors and if you’re looking for someone who does great wood flooring he’s your guy. I’m trying to contact Petr again as I need floors redone (12 years have past!) but we can’t locate him? Contact us if you have availability Petr.

What can I say? Petr did an outstanding job on our 15 year old bamboo floor. The floor was heavily scratched and stained > the previous tenants had a dog and this did not help either! Petr arrived on the dot at 8m and when he called us in the evening to see the result, we could not believe our eyes. I told my wife that the floor looks better than when we had first installed it in June 2005! If you live in the Greater London Area and need floor sanding and varnishing work - there is only one person, and his name is Petr Kumbera. We will certainly use his services in our next project. Petr and his team did a fantastic job with my floor. Petr put together a competitive quote and started the job when I wanted to fit in with other work I was having done. The work was completed quickly and I'm very pleased with the end result.

Petr and his team are kind, careful, thoughtful and work very hard. The job for my house has been delayed a couple of times due to other works but Petr never said no to me. He's done a very good job within a week. Highly recommend.

Following my post in 2012, I have hired Petr to sand 3 floors in my house. There was a fair bit of carpentry involved and he fixed some boards and replaced another, sourcing a floorboard of similar age so that it matched and cut it down to size. All the work was carried out to a high standard. His was not the cheapest quote but it was the most honest as he understood what needed to be done on his first visit. He will work a 12 hour day if that is what is needed to finish the job on time. I am happy to recommend PK Wood Flooring.

Petr is a delightful young man who quoted competitively without seeing the job. He came and did the job within a week of quoting. He completed sanding and varnishing a wooden engineered floor in less that one day. It looks fabulous. He was left in the house on his own - so completely trustworthy. Would have no hesitation in recommending him. I will use again when my floors need attention. Thanks Petr.
