Peter was very helpful throughout every step of the application process, with which we were very unfamiliar. He was always quick with his replies to our numerous questions and was easy to stay in touch with via email. Peter’s drawings for our refurbishment were fabulous and he understood our requirements and came up with ideas for our space. Absolute pleasure, would recommend.

Peter proved to be very professional and with his feet solidly on the ground. We hired him to carry out the plans and planning application of the front of our 3 storey house. Peter provided a prompt and reliable service to create plans for a proposed rear extension to my property, which lies within the Conservation area of Gidea Park. I was particularly impressed with the way he was able to negotiate a favourable outcome with the Conservation and National Heritage officers within the Local authority planning department, which is never an easy task. Peter provided friendly advice and assistance throughout the process and was prompt at responding to the numerous e mail questions I posed to him from start to finish. Highly Reccomended.

Mr Leonard did an excellent job of planning my extension. He listened carefully to my ideas and made useful suggestions of his own; his advice was invaluable. He produced very clear plans and was happy to discuss any concerns I had. I am very pleased with the architectural services of Iplan4.

Peter was prompt with organising the drawings, and dealt with all planning department issues on our behalf. He was available to talk to me and my builders about any questions.

Peter has provided an excellent service, assisiting in the planning application process, implementation of a party wall agreement and the identification of an excellent builder. During the building works Peter undertook regular inspections of the site to ensure the work was progressing in an appropriate manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter.

Peter drew up plans for us (which were to add another floor in our flat and give us an extra bedroom and study). He sorted out all issues that came up from the council and he made adjustment to the plans. Because we have a grade two listed building, a lot of problems arose but Peter sorted them all out for us. We are very happy with the work carried out, we didn't go over budget and all the work was completed on time. I think Peter's strengths are trouble shooting issues and adjusting plans.

Peter recently provided design services to us. He designed our residential property and is currently dealing with the planning application. Peter's design was innovative and he gave us a range of creative options for our relatively small space. Peter was very prompt in the delivery of work and always provided us with honest and open feedback in relation to planning constraints. It has been a pleasure working with him.
