The job involved lifting the first few rows of roof tiles to replace the membrane underneath, before retiling, installing plastic cladding to the soffits & bargeboards, and finally fitting new guttering/downpipes. When they lifted the tiles they found that the membrane was more badly damaged than we had thought and they had to do an extra 2 days work to fix the problem. Craig, Lee and the team were a pleasure to work with. They kept us informed at every stage, charged us a fair price for the extra work, and overall did a very tidy job (including cleaning up after themselves!). A few very minor snags were fixed promptly and cheerfully. Well done guys!

We were very impressed by the professional approach of Pearce Construction. We have not hesitated to recommend them to others and they are already working for friends of ours. Our family have hired many builders over the years, these guys are just about the best yet!
