Patrick Panoity and London Heritage did a great job with my house. They basically started over, except for the shell. They completely modernised my home to a very high standard. Amazingly it was done on time. I have three dogs and told Patrick I could not go to a hotel. Good workman. Does whatever it takes to get the job done. If I bought another house, I would get them to do it.

The guys were thoroughly professional and polite, installed the lights, extractor and new dimmer switch with minimal fuss, and were very tidy during and in finishing up. They also found and fixed a few other gremlins in the electrics. I would highly recommend London Heritage. My bathroom is transformed! London Heritage are quoting me now for some new bathroom cupboards, which demonstrates how happy I am with their work so far.

London Heritage provide an excellent service with a team that are both talented and helpful. Riverside Studios is a difficult and complex building that requires sympathetic and careful building work and the quality of work that London Heritage gives us is second to none. They are trusted contractors and can help with building, plumbing, glazing and security. They have always been on budget and on time. I recommend them strongly.

Refurbishment of my house over 5 months. Excellent job, on time and on budget. Standard of work was excellent and we had no complaints with him at all. Patrick's strengths are that he employs good people and he is constantly at site overseeing the job. This means that he is always available to talk too about the project. He also has great ideas of his own and his attention to detail is excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending him, large or small projects, he provides a first class service.

We were very happy that the extensive work was completed on time and on budget. The team were trustworthy, efficient and careful to cause minimum disruption to family life. Patrick proposed design solutions, regularly checked the progress and personally inspected the work to ensure it was of the highest standard across all the crafts/trades. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
