I was a little nervous about using 'my builder site' and Rihard who i chose, as the price seemed almost too good to be true. He was less then half the price of my usual builder. However he did a fantastic job on the flooring and it looks really professionally done. For the price he quoted i never expected it to be as good. It took longer then he expected and he still stuck to the original quote. He also plumbed in a new toilet and sink as well as tiled the toilet floor and did a good job of that too. Real value for money. Would recommend him without hesitation. Thanks Rihard!

Rihards and his men did a great job installing my new shutters and they look fantastic. He was very reasonably priced, the work was undertaken for the agreed fee and everything was left clean and tidy-they even took away the old damaged shutters with them which saved me the hassle.Many thanks!

Good work ethic. Cleaned up after them-selves. Did not rush the job. Showed up on time, worked late. No breaks for smoking or coffee. Let me know of any possible problems in advance. I have some additional jobs and I’ll definitely get them back to do it. G. Hertfordshire.

Rihard and his team were excellent! They were very reliable and worked very hard and paid attention to all the detail. They made sure we were happy with their work before they finished and helped us out with a few bits and bobs. They also stuck to the agreed price which we were very happy about. Rihard and his work mate demonstrated a positive and professional work ethic. Sealant around the bath and sink was replaced quickly and efficiently to a good standard, with only one crack appearing subsequent to drying.

Excellent job! Worked all day and early evening without stopping to get our job done. Kept in touch leading up to job to keep us posted of arrival time and helped let us know quantity of materials needed. High quality work and great dedicated service. Will use again for other jobs.
