I was extremely impressed with the explanation given when my job was assessed about what I needed and the best way to achieve it. I was given a good quote and once agreed the specialist parts were ordered and the job was undertaken as soon as the parts were available. We were kept informed about the parts and their availability. Mr Harris and his mate turned up at the exact time and date agreed, got on with the work efficiently and tried and tested everything. They gave a full account of the work done and explained in full how the new system worked. They cleared up after themselves and made sure I was satisfied before they left. I was very impressed and would definitely contact them first if I ever need more work done.

Mathew arrived on time did the job very quickly at the agreed (very reasonable cost) no problems and I would not hesitate to recomend him

Matthew phoned me on the night of my request and came out on the day and time specified. Completed the job efficiently and we have had no problems after. Definately would hire again.

These guys were efficient and tidy, and gave us the advice we needed.

Matt got back to us very quickly with a quote that was cheaper than others we had. He also managed to squeeze the job in on a Saturday afternoon for us and was completed quickly and tidied up afterwards. Would not hesitate to use again.

Great tradesman. Matt came round and quoted when arranged and came and fixed the leak for price quoted. Will definately use again and reccomend to others.

Matt came next day and looked at it and gave me the news I didn't want to hear regarding boiler, although gave me quote on new part and will also send me through quotes for 2 alternative boiler solutions. Would recommend to others. Cheers Andrew
