Hello there, My name is Martin Spencer. I pride myself on quality workmanship, who is committed to providing a friendly, approachable and professional service. I believe my prices are competitive and affordable. However I still cannot compete with under skilled men who are undercutting those with the required knowledge and skill. I say it’s worth paying that bit more for a job to be done once and not twice. All my customers are given a printed Estimate prior to the job being started and an Invoice on job completion. These break down all the costs of the job. Costs only ever change from estimate to Invoice if the job description changes after the estimate has been received, which means estimated costs may also change if more materials are needed. I stay on the job until it has been 100% complete so I can give it that personal touch. No jumping from one job to another. I will then only leave when it has the total satisfaction from the customer. I have a strong skilled sub-contractor database with men from all skill sets who I can call upon when necessary. I believe if a job is to be done properly then it can only be done with the right men who have the knowledge and skill set.
