First of all I'd like to apologise for having to cancel this project. The project was cancelled not because we couldn't book the project in due to other projects that we had as such, but more so because of the insulting voicemail that the customers husband decided to leave me because we couldn't get them booked in when they wanted. I must stress that it took nearly 4 weeks for the customer to accept our quote and in which time, we had other jobs accepted which then took priority. This was explained to the customer early on but customer agreed to wait until we were free. It's a shame mybuilder.com publish negative feedback without hearing both sides of the story first, as we have worked hard to build up an excellent reputation on the site
